Video Demonstration of Supra Titles

CyberSing 2004: See and Hear the winners

This demonstration of our use of digital projection of translations for the song recitalist is NOT selling anything but the idea. We do not manufacture the screen or any other component of the Supra Titles. This video is made only to show how we use these elements to aid in the understanding of the texts of art song as they’re being performed on a small stage, such as found on university campuses arount the US.

We have divided the demonstration into three parts to allow you to choose which you want to download and see. These "on-line" videos are condensed for quick downloading and are a little jerky because of that. Even so, it may take a bit of time, depending on your modem's speed or if you have broad-band access.

If the web version of the demonstration isn't good enough, you may order a copy of the complete 5 minute video for $10. This is available in VHS only. Just email us at: info@lottelehmann.org

The Lehmann Foundation has had great success in the use of these digital projections and encourages others to give it a try. The audience members feel involved in the foreign poetry in a way not possible when they must look away from the singer and the stage to program notes.

The technical information regarding Supra Titles can be found on the Supra Titles home page.
